Claim governance

Product evidence policy

A public product claim should be no stronger than the evidence that supports it. This policy explains how specifications, tests, certificates, images and commercial statements are reviewed for this site.

What counts as acceptable evidence?

The preferred source is a current, model-specific controlled document: an approved specification, dated test record, complete certificate or report, signed sample approval, packaging artwork or written quotation. General category descriptions may explain selection criteria, but they do not prove a model claim.

Evidence hierarchy

LevelTypical evidencePermitted use
1 · ControlledSigned specification, complete report, certificate with model scope, approved sample recordModel-specific factual claim within the stated scope
2 · ProjectDated quotation, packaging proof, customer-approved requirement sheetCommercial or project statement for the identified configuration
3 · ReferenceSupplier data, internal draft, reference image, category notesDiscovery and discussion only; must be labelled as provisional
4 · UnsupportedUnattributed copy, cropped badge, undated screenshot or inherited marketing textDo not publish as fact

Claims requiring model-level confirmation

  • Cooling-plate temperature, temperature difference or cooling sensation
  • Battery capacity, runtime, charging input and charge time
  • Airflow, motor speed, noise, weight, dimensions and materials
  • Water, impact, drop, transport or environmental performance
  • Certificate coverage, report scope and destination-market suitability
  • MOQ, price, tooling, sample time, production lead time and warranty

Publication and correction process

  1. Identify the exact model, variant and intended market.
  2. Record the source file, date, owner and applicable configuration.
  3. Check that visible text, tables, images and structured data say the same thing.
  4. Publish the narrowest accurate statement and disclose limitations.
  5. Review after a specification, supplier, standard or configuration changes.
  6. Correct or remove a claim when its evidence is incomplete, expired or mismatched.

How buyers can challenge a claim

Send the URL, quoted statement and your question to Mistairhome@163.com. Request the model identifier and controlled file that supports the statement. If the evidence cannot be supplied, treat the claim as unverified.

Scope: this policy improves transparency; it does not turn a category page into a test report, certificate, quotation or legal compliance opinion.
